Choose a department on the home screen, then a doctor, a clinic, a day and a session, and tap Book. The booking stays "Awaiting approval" until the clinic confirms it, and you get a notification.

من «حجوزاتي»، اضغط علامة الإلغاء جنب الموعد ولا اسحبه لليسار، وأكّد. العيادة يوصلها إشعار بالإلغاء.

In My bookings, tap the cancel icon next to the appointment or swipe it, then confirm. The clinic is notified.

When you need a doctor today, describe your condition and send it to the clinics you choose, then pick one of the clinics that reply. The service fee is 30 LYD and is shown before you confirm. It is not an emergency service.

بطاقة موعدك في الصفحة الرئيسية تعرض رقم دورك وكم حالة قدامك أول بأول، وتقدر تسأل العيادة على دورك من نفس البطاقة.

Your appointment card on the home screen shows your number and how many patients are ahead, live. You can also ask the clinic about your turn from the same card.

Yes. When booking, choose "For someone else" and enter the patient's name.

من «حسابي» ← «حذف الحساب نهائياً». تُلغى مواعيدك القادمة وتُحذف بياناتك، ولا يمكن استرجاع الحساب بعدها. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

Go to Account → Delete account permanently. Your upcoming appointments are cancelled and your data is deleted; the account cannot be restored. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
