Privacy Policy

توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق Diretto («التطبيق») عند استخدامك له لحجز المواعيد في العيادات، وكيف نستخدمها، ومع من نشاركها، وحقوقك عليها. باستخدامك التطبيق أو إنشائك حساباً فيه فإنك توافق على ما ورد هنا.

This policy explains what data the Diretto app ("the app") collects when you use it to book clinic appointments, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights over it. By using the app or creating an account, you agree to this policy.

  • المسؤول عن بياناتك: روزنيرا للتقنية، مشغّل تطبيق Diretto.The controller of your data is Rosnera Technologies, the operator of the Diretto app.

2. Data we collect

  • بيانات الحساب: الاسم واللقب، ورقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ مشفّرة لدى مزوّد المصادقة ولا نطّلع عليها)، والمدينة، والقسم الطبي المفضّل، وصورة الملف الشخصي إن أضفتها.Account data: your name, phone number, email address, password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider; we cannot see it), city, preferred medical department, and profile photo if you add one.
  • عند التسجيل بحساب Google: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورة حسابك كما تشاركها Google معنا بإذنك.If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and account photo as Google shares them with your permission.
  • بيانات المواعيد: العيادة والطبيب، والتاريخ والفترة، ورقم الدور، وحالة الموعد، وتسجيل حضورك، واستفساراتك عن دورك في الطابور.Appointment data: the clinic and doctor, date and session, queue number, appointment status, your check-in, and your questions about your place in the queue.
  • الطلب المستعجل: وصف الحالة الذي تكتبه، والمدينة، والعيادات التي تختار إرسال الطلب إليها.Urgent requests: the description of your condition that you write, your city, and the clinics you choose to send the request to.
  • الملف الصحي (اختياري بالكامل، تُدخله أنت): فصيلة الدم، وتاريخ الميلاد، والجنس، والطول والوزن، والحساسية، والأمراض المزمنة، والأدوية، والعمليات، والتاريخ المرضي، وجهات الاتصال في الطوارئ، وسجلّات زياراتك وما ترفقه بها من صور أو تسجيلات صوتية.Health file (entirely optional, entered by you): blood type, date of birth, sex, height and weight, allergies, chronic conditions, medications, surgeries, medical history, emergency contacts, and records of your visits with any photos or voice recordings you attach.
  • المحادثات: الرسائل التي تتبادلها مع العيادات داخل التطبيق.Conversations: the messages you exchange with clinics in the app.
  • الملاحظات والمتابعة: الملاحظات التي ترسلها عن عيادة، والعيادات التي تتابعها.Feedback and follows: feedback you send about a clinic and the clinics you follow.
  • الإشعارات داخل التطبيق المتعلقة بمواعيدك ورسائلك.In-app notifications about your appointments and messages.
  • بيانات تقنية لازمة للتشغيل فقط: رمز الجلسة لإبقائك مسجّلاً، وحالة اتصال جهازك بالإنترنت لعرض تنبيه انقطاع الاتصال.Technical data needed to run the service only: a session token to keep you signed in, and your device's connection status to show an offline notice.

٣. ما لا نجمعه

3. What we do not collect

  • لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي؛ المدينة تختارها أنت.We do not collect your location; you choose your city.
  • لا نستخدم أدوات إعلانية أو تحليلية تتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة.We use no advertising or analytics tools that track you across apps or websites, and we never sell your data.
  • لا نقرأ جهات الاتصال أو الرسائل النصية أو الملفات على جهازك.We do not read your contacts, text messages or files on your device.

٤. أذونات الجهاز

4. Device permissions

  • لا يُطلب أيّ إذنٍ إلا عند استخدامك للميزة التي تحتاجه، ويمكنك رفضه أو سحبه من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.A permission is requested only when you use the feature that needs it, and you can refuse or revoke it in your device settings at any time.
  • معرض الصور: لاختيار صورة ملفك الشخصي أو صورةٍ تضيفها إلى ملفك الصحي.Photo library: to choose a profile photo or a photo for your health file.
  • الكاميرا: لالتقاط صورةٍ تضيفها إلى ملفك الصحي.Camera: to take a photo for your health file.
  • الميكروفون: لتسجيل ملاحظات الطبيب صوتياً في ملفك الصحي، ويكون التسجيل بعلمه وموافقته.Microphone: to record your doctor's notes in your health file, with the doctor's knowledge and consent.
  • حفظ الصور: لحفظ صورةٍ من ملفك الصحي في معرض جهازك عند طلبك.Saving photos: to save a photo from your health file to your device when you ask.

٥. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

5. How we use your data

  • لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك وحمايته.To create, sign in to and protect your account.
  • لعرض العيادات في مدينتك وحجز المواعيد وإدارة دورك في الطابور.To show clinics in your city, book appointments and manage your place in the queue.
  • لإرسال طلبك المستعجل إلى العيادات التي تختارها وإبلاغك بردودها.To send your urgent request to the clinics you choose and tell you their replies.
  • لتمكينك من مراسلة العيادات وإرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بمواعيدك.To let you message clinics and to send notifications about your appointments.
  • لحفظ ملفك الصحي لك وحدك لتعود إليه متى شئت.To keep your health file for you alone, available whenever you need it.
  • لمنع إساءة الاستخدام والالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية.To prevent abuse and meet legal requirements.
  • لا نستخدم بياناتك الصحية في الإعلانات أو التسويق.We never use your health data for advertising or marketing.

٦. مع من نشارك بياناتك

6. Who we share your data with

  • العيادات: العيادة التي تحجز فيها أو تراسلها أو ترسل إليها طلباً مستعجلاً ترى اسمك ورقم هاتفك وتفاصيل الموعد أو الطلب ووصف الحالة والرسائل، بالقدر اللازم لخدمتك فقط.Clinics: a clinic you book with, message or send an urgent request to sees your name, phone number, the appointment or request details, your description and your messages, only as far as needed to serve you.
  • ملفك الصحي لا تطّلع عليه العيادات؛ هو لك وحدك.Clinics cannot see your health file; it is yours alone.
  • مزوّدو الخدمة الذين يشغّلون التطبيق نيابةً عنّا: Supabase (الخوادم وقاعدة البيانات وتخزين الملفات والمصادقة)، وGoogle (تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google، وتحميل خطوط Google Fonts المستخدمة في التطبيق). يلتزم هؤلاء بمعالجة البيانات وفق تعليماتنا.Service providers that run the app on our behalf: Supabase (servers, database, file storage and authentication) and Google (Google sign-in, and the Google Fonts used in the app). They process data only on our instructions.
  • الجهات الرسمية: إذا ألزمنا القانون أو أمرٌ قضائيّ بذلك.Authorities: when required by law or a court order.

7. Storage and security

  • تُحفظ بياناتك على خوادم مزوّد الاستضافة Supabase، وقد تقع خارج ليبيا.Your data is stored on servers of our hosting provider, Supabase, which may be located outside Libya.
  • تُنقل البيانات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، وتمنع قواعد الصلاحيات في قاعدة البيانات أيّ مستخدمٍ من رؤية بيانات غيره.Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS), and database access rules prevent any user from seeing another user's data.
  • لا توجد وسيلة حمايةٍ مطلقة، لكننا نتّخذ تدابير معقولة لحماية بياناتك.No method of protection is absolute, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

٨. مدّة الاحتفاظ وحذف الحساب

8. Retention and account deletion

  • نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً.We keep your data for as long as your account exists.
  • يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق: «حسابي» ← «حذف الحساب نهائياً».You can permanently delete your account in the app: Account → Delete account permanently.
  • عند الحذف: تُلغى مواعيدك القادمة وطلبك المستعجل الجاري، وتُحذف بياناتك الشخصية وملفك الصحي وصورك وتسجيلاتك ومحادثاتك وإشعاراتك، ويُقفل الدخول إلى الحساب نهائياً.On deletion, your upcoming appointments and any open urgent request are cancelled; your personal data, health file, photos, recordings, conversations and notifications are deleted; and sign-in to the account is permanently disabled.
  • تبقى سجلّات مواعيدك السابقة لدى العيادات دون اسمك أو رقم هاتفك (باسم «حساب محذوف»)، لأغراض السجلّات والمحاسبة لديها.Records of your past appointments remain with the clinics without your name or phone number (shown as "Deleted account"), for their records and accounting.
  • لا يمكن استرجاع الحساب بعد حذفه.A deleted account cannot be restored.

9. Your rights

  • الاطلاع على بياناتك وتعديلها من «حسابي» ← «تعديل بياناتي» ومن «ملفاتي الصحية».View and edit your data under Account → Edit my details, and in My health files.
  • حذف حسابك وبياناتك كما في البند ٨.Delete your account and data as described in section 8.
  • سحب أذونات الجهاز من إعداداته.Revoke device permissions in your device settings.
  • التواصل معنا على support@rosnera.com لأي طلبٍ يخصّ بياناتك.Contact us at support@rosnera.com with any request about your data.

١٠. الأطفال

10. Children

  • التطبيق موجّه لمن أتمّ ١٨ عاماً. ومن هو أصغر يحجز له وليّ أمره من حساب وليّ الأمر. وإذا علمنا بحسابٍ لقاصرٍ أُنشئ دون ذلك حذفناه.The app is intended for people aged 18 and over. Younger patients are booked by a parent or guardian from the guardian's account. If we learn that a minor created an account, we delete it.

11. Medical notice

  • التطبيق وسيلةٌ لحجز المواعيد والتواصل مع العيادات، وليس خدمة طوارئ ولا بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية. في الحالات الطارئة توجّه إلى أقرب قسم طوارئ أو اتصل بالإسعاف فوراً.The app is a way to book appointments and contact clinics. It is not an emergency service and not a substitute for medical advice. In an emergency, go to the nearest emergency department or call an ambulance immediately.

١٢. تحديث هذه السياسة

12. Changes to this policy

  • قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر التطبيق، ونغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاها، ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير جوهرياً.We may update this policy when the app changes. We will change the "Last updated" date above and tell you in the app if a change is significant.
